The closest thing Benahavís has to a destination restaurant, set inside a converted rustic hotel on Calle el Pilar. The chef shops the surrounding markets each morning, so the cuisine du marche menu rewrites itself daily around whatever is freshest. The mood is that of a warm, candlelit sitting room indoors, opening in summer onto a quiet poolside terrace at dusk. Intimate and quietly romantic.
