Loste Café
Noma alumni's Scandi-Italian specialty coffee and pastry under the Gae Aulenti towers
Founded by ex-Noma pastry chef Stefano Ferraro and sommelier Lorenzo Cioli, Loste brings a Scandinavian specialty-coffee and viennoiserie sensibility to Milan, awarded Gambero Rosso's top Tre Chicchi / Tre Tazzine. The Via Pirelli outpost in Porta Nuova is a weekday breakfast-to-go bar serving the same exacting coffee and laminated pastry.
