The fine-dining table of Katikies Kirini in Oia, working under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini. The kitchen explores Greek gourmet cooking with a pronounced fondness for Tuscany, served as a tasting menu only. Named for the small volcanic island across the caldera, it sits on Oia's main pedestrian thoroughfare.
The least-known of Botrini's Santorini rooms but a serious tasting-menu kitchen in its own right. Distinct enough from Botrini's and Selene to stand alone; book the menu, skip the cocktail-bar drop-in.
