Pacifico
Milan's first haute Peruvian-Nikkei kitchen, ceviche and tiradito
Opened in 2015 as Italy's first high-end Peruvian restaurant, Pacifico introduced the city to ceviche and Nikkei cooking in an art-deco-inflected room on the Moscova/San Marco corner. The ceviche bar and tiradito are the headline; the kitchen blends Peruvian-Japanese technique with Mediterranean product.
