The everyday counterpart to Osteria Francescana, set in a converted tyre shop a short walk from Modena's center. Under chef Francesco Vincenzi the kitchen tells Emilia-Romagna through a modern, playful lens, from reinvented tortellini to Bottura's celebrated hamburger. Fresh pasta is partly hand-rolled with Il Tortellante, a workshop employing young adults on the autism spectrum.
