Inside The Dylan on the Keizersgracht, Vinkeles holds two Michelin stars under executive chef Jurgen van der Zalm, plating refined French cooking in a former 1787 bakery with views onto a secluic inner garden. The original brick bread ovens still frame the room. Canal-house fine dining at the top of the city's table.
