JOUR sits across from the Gündoğan marina and runs the rare all-day cadence the village otherwise lacks: morning coffee under leaf-shadow, brunch on poached eggs, omelette and halloumi, afternoon work-room hours, evening tapas and a small live music programme that runs to cello and acoustic guitar. The garden is the room, bohemian without the Bodrum cliché, and the kitchen takes ingredients seriously enough that a noon stop turns into a long one.
