A characterful Oltrarno panificio-grocer on Via Santa Monaca, one of the few Florence bakeries still baking on-site, selling sweet and savoury loaves, pastries and pantry goods in a deliberately old-fashioned room. It doubles as a neighbourhood deli. The kind of working bakery the cosmopolitan visitor seeks out over the tourist trail.
