A wood-lined, jazz-and-blues-soundtracked tapas bar on leafy Calle Argumosa with one of Lavapiés's best terraces, serving migas, salmorejo, anchovies, bacalao and croquetas to a relaxed neighbourhood crowd. Argumosa is the barrio's de facto terrace street, and Automático is its mythical anchor. Unhurried, local and genuinely Lavapiés.
