Tucked into a lush landscaped estate on the north side of the Golden Mile, this boutique resort's restaurant is led by Ronda-born chef Diego del Río, a veteran of El Lago's starred kitchen. His ever-changing menu leans on Andalusian produce — around ninety percent local — and the garden setting, with avant-garde sculpture and palm shade, is among the prettiest rooms in Marbella.
