His ever-changing menu leans on Andalusian produce — around ninety percent local — and the garden setting, with avant-garde sculpture and palm shade, is among the prettiest rooms in Marbella.
Del Río's signature dining nights, where he walks the room between courses, are the version to book. Equally good for a long garden lunch.
