| Last reviewed: Jun 2026 A Petit Marais all-day room, breakfast, market lunch, afternoon tea, then bistronomic tapas at apéro, under an old brasserie's stone walls and glass roof. The kitchen leans on natural wine, farm produce, butcher's meat and a fisherman's rockfish soup, and it sits in Nice's specialty-coffee guide. Quietly one of the quarter's best hangs.
