Le Bar du Bristol
Champs-Élysées & Madeleine
Le Bristol's curiosity-cabinet bar, Maxime Hoerth, first bartender awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France (2011).
Crillon palace bar with eighteenth-century frescos, Kévin Rigault's 'A Sense of Memories' menu.
Bar Les Ambassadeurs occupies the original eighteenth-century reception room of the Hôtel de Crillon at 10 place de la Concorde, original frescos overhead, a Chahan Minassian refresh in ivory and taupe, a terrace under the arcades looking onto Concorde. Bar director Kévin Rigault unveiled a 2025 menu titled 'A Sense of Memories' (fifteen signature cocktails built on the idea of liquid memory, damp wood, a birthday cake, a sea walk) and the room has been recognised among Forbes Travel Guide's 58 Best Hotel Star Bars 2025. Live music every evening from 8pm.
Live music from 8pm. Combines well with dinner at Nonos in the same hotel. Concorde-side terrace under the arcades is the prime seating in summer.
