Stéphanie Le Quellec's La Scène at 32 avenue Matignon has held two Michelin stars and is one of the most consistent counter-front fine-dining rooms in Paris, the kitchen pass is the centrepiece of the dining room, the menu rotates tightly with the season, and Le Quellec (a Top Chef France winner) has built a recognisably personal style around precise dressing of single ingredients.
