Le Gabriel, La Réserve Paris
Champs-Élysées & Madeleine
Jérôme Banctel's three-Michelin in a Napoleon III mansion off the Champs-Élysées.
Frédéric Anton's 3-Michelin pavilion in the Bois de Boulogne.
Le Pré Catelan sits in a Napoléon III pavilion in the middle of the Bois de Boulogne, Pierre-Yves Rochon redesigned the dining room, Frédéric Anton (Robuchon-trained, MOF) has run the kitchen since 1997, and the 2025 Michelin Guide France retains its three stars. The cuisine is high-flying-classical, scallops, langoustine, salmon, caviar, and razor-precise; the wine list reads like the cellar of a small museum. For an Istanbul visitor who wants the most cinematic three-star meal in Paris (you arrive through a forest), Le Pré Catelan is the booking. La Ferme du Pré, Anton's adjoining bistro, opened in 2025 for a less ceremonial register on the same grounds.
