On central Kallari Street, Father Coffee & Vinyl roasts its own beans and pulls carefully dialled espresso and brews alongside a wall of handpicked records. Open since 2020, it has become a fixture of Thessaloniki's specialty scene: small, music-led and serious about the cup without the ceremony.
