The Thursday format is the audience-recognisable one, twenty-plus traders, the room loud, the queue at each stall the marker of what is working that week. Permanent tenants include Sironi (Italian bread), Heidenpeters (in-hall brewery), Big Stuff Smoked BBQ. The Saturday-morning produce shop is the resident-Berlin ritual.
