| Last reviewed: May 2026 Yaka Bodrum is the 2025 Türkbükü chef-restaurant opening of Murat Deniz Temel (kitchen) and Kerem Tanel (operator), a sea-facing room running an Aegean and Anatolian card that draws ingredients from across Türkiye and reinterprets them through Murat's seasonal kitchen lens. The grammar is consciously not balık lokantası and not international brand, it is the chef-restaurant the bay was missing in its first-season register: tighter card, kitchen-led service, sunset cocktail moment at arrival, music tempo rising as the night moves to the pier bar after the dinner service closes. The reader holds Yaka as the smaller-scale Türkbükü chef opening worth tracking from year one, the alternative to the Maçakızı-Lucca-Mandarin axis that hasn't been replicated in a younger format until now.
