Opened by Leopoldo Procacci in 1885 on Via Tornabuoni and now in Marchesi Antinori hands, Procacci is a Florentine institution for its tiny truffle 'panini tartufati' and a serious Antinori wine list. The 1910 Palladiana floor and woodwork remain intact, an intimate Belle-Epoque retreat amid the luxury boutiques. A standing ritual rather than a meal.
