Internationally acclaimed chef Nuno Mendes (formerly of London's Chiltern Firehouse) leads this glamorous-casual room set in a former convent church off Marques de Pombal. Dishes such as slow-cooked skate with smoked butter draw on a deep network of Portuguese growers. A crudo bar and inner courtyard round out the space.
