On the sand at Río Real east of the centre, Trocadero Arena keeps the soul of a chiringuito while dressing it in colonial-safari decor — animal prints, patterned rugs, palm shade. The kitchen does product-led Mediterranean: rice dishes, fresh fish and grills, plus a sushi bar and ceviche for the lighter end. Cocktails and a DJ tip it toward evening, but the cooking holds up.
