Opened in 2002 by Edoardo Nono and Gianluca Chiaruttini, Rita was a Milanese pioneer of fresh, seasonal, syrup-free cocktails and remains a benchmark on a quiet Navigli side street. The signature Gin Zen (gin, crushed ginger, soda, lime) is a local classic, and the bar's evening aperitivo has a cult following. A foundational craft room, not a canal-strip troughs.
