Champs-Élysées & Madeleine
Place de la Madeleine institution since 1839, Hugo Bourny's contemporary take on the Art Nouveau room.
Slavic luxe in a 1910 Art Nouveau hôtel particulier, Paris Society's caviar address.
Born as Maison Russe and rebranded Maison Revka, this Paris Society room occupies the former Hôtel Pauilhac on Avenue Raymond Poincaré, a 1910 Art Nouveau private mansion classified as a historic monument in 1990. The dining floor reads like a Slavic-bourgeois drawing room: velvet, gilt, varnished wood, an open fire. The menu is built around caviar de Sologne, smoked salmon, crab and Russian-French composition. Open till late, with a downstairs bar serving until 02:00, seven days a week. For an Istanbullu visitor who already knows La Maison du Caviar, this is the more architectural counter-experience on the 16e side.
Hôtel Pauilhac, building classified as a Monument Historique. Sit in the main salon under the fireplace, not the back room.
