Rui Paula's city-centre room earned its Michelin star in the 2026 guide, set in the stately Palácio das Artes by Largo de São Domingos. The kitchen has reoriented fully to a single memory-themed tasting menu in six, ten or fourteen courses. It is the most central of Porto's serious gastronomic tables.
