Il Marchese
Centro Storico
Europe's first amaro bar with a full Roman osteria
Book-bar and cocktail salon facing the Temple of Hadrian
A design-conscious book-bar opened in 2004 on Piazza di Pietra, overlooking the columns of Hadrian's Temple, blending a curated library, mid-century furniture and a serious cocktail and wine list. Day-to-night: smoothies and cake by afternoon, mixed drinks late. A grown-up, low-key alternative to the centre's party strips.
Long-standing design bar (est. 2004)
