| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Tucked inside the Pavillon de la Reine on Place des Vosges, Anne is the Marais's quiet Michelin-starred address, a 17th-century courtyard restaurant where Thibault Sombardier cooks a precise, seasonal French menu under historic beams. The room seats few; the velvet, the ivy and the candlelight do most of the talking. Service is the kind that lets a long Saturday lunch dissolve into early evening without anyone checking a watch. For Istanbullu visitors who want one special meal in the Marais without the photo-op aesthetic of larger hotel dining rooms, this is the answer: a hushed, courtly version of contemporary French cuisine, anchored to one of the most beautiful squares in Europe.
