The room positions itself as the Allium house dining-room rather than a destination booking, modern Aegean cooking pitched at the resort's 38-suite guest base plus a controlled non-guest reservation flow, but the terrace argument is real: the cliff drop runs straight down to the Aegean, the Greek-archipelago skyline sits in clear view, and the sunset register matches the heavier-named Türkbükü deck rooms. The kitchen runs creative Aegean mezzes alongside a vegetarian and vegan card the Allium team takes seriously rather than as an afterthought.
