EDITION's beach restaurant runs to the standard the rest of the property does: a properly staffed Mediterranean kitchen, a deck of teak loungers above clear water, and a wine list that does not assume you only drink rosé. It is expensive in the way Mykonos is expensive, but the food does not coast on the view.
Editor's Tip
Non-residents book the restaurant via concierge; a daybed minimum spend applies on weekends. The grilled fish for two is the path of least regret.
