Rainer Becker's London-born ROKA, robatayaki dining over open charcoal, opened its first Türkiye outpost at Mandarin Oriental Paradise Bay in 2025 and returns from 20 May 2026. The cooking is what ROKA does in Mayfair and Mykonos: a long robata grill at the room's centre, sushi and sashimi to standard, a wine list that earns its prices. Sister venue ROKA by the Beach handles the daytime shift.
Editor's Tip
Sit at the robata counter for the better view of the kitchen. The black cod and the lamb cutlets with korean spices are the canonical orders; the Aegean produce specials are the reason to come back.
