| Last reviewed: May 2026 The first Spago in Türkiye sits at the western edge of Maxx Royal's grounds, and Wolfgang Puck's signatures land here exactly as they should, the smoked salmon pizza with crème fraîche and dill, the agnolotti, the wood-fired branzino. Service is American-precise, the room is dressed in pale stone and oak, and the terrace pours toward the bay. It draws a confident Istanbul crowd who already know the Beverly Hills mothership.
