Mükellef Gümüşlük
Gümüşlük
All-day Gümüşlük operation, small hotel, kitchen-led seafood, a wine list the cove was missing.
Modern-minimalist 52-room Türkbükü cove, quiet, food-forward, the not-Macakizi answer in the same bay.
Kuum is the modern-minimalist boutique that opened on a private Türkbükü cove and built a reputation on being the room the regulars switch to when Macakizi's social calendar feels too rehearsed. Fifty-two keys, a private beach with a more compressed pontoon than Macakizi's, a kitchen that is consistently the most-praised in the bay outside the institutional anchor, and a closing pattern (mid-October to mid-May) that mirrors the cove rather than the peninsula. The chapter files this room as the food-forward alternative, the audience here books for the cooking as much as for the position, and the booking pressure reflects it: late-July through mid-September is solid in advance, the shoulders are gentler. Cocktails at sunset and dinner on the deck is the practical shift.
Closed October 12 through May 15, confirm the opening date before booking. The kitchen is the value; the pontoon is the compression-trade for the cooking. Ask for the lower-deck cove tables at dinner.
