Pierre Mercier and Yuko Matsumoto, whose initials spell the name, run a small 6e room that quietly folds Japanese precision into French bistronomy. They earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2020 after years on the Croix-Rousse plateau, and the seasonal menus stay tight and considered. It is intimate enough that the cooking, not the room, does the talking.
Lunch is the value play; the room is small, so reserve. Closed Sunday and Monday.
