falk's Bar occupies the Spiegelsaal, the hall of mirrors built in 1839 and the only room at the Bayerischer Hof to come through the Second World War unscathed, with stucco ceilings, gold leaf, and an interplay of coloured lighting at the bar that is intentionally not period. The drinks list is classic plus house creations, snacks come from the Garden kitchen next door, and the bar is in the 2026 Falstaff Bar Guide. This is the hotel's signature aperitif room and where late-night Munich settles in after dinner.

Order the pisco sour or a properly cold martini. Three bars in this hotel, falk's, Trader Vic's, Menehune, make for a complete evening if the dinner room is also Atelier or Garden.
