La Scène par Stéphanie Le Quellec
Champs-Élysées & Madeleine
Stéphanie Le Quellec's two-Michelin counter-front room on avenue Matignon.
Two-Michelin in an 1884 mansion off the Champs, the Domaine Clarence Dillon dining room.
Le Clarence opened in 2015 inside an 1884 private mansion at 31 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, owned by Domaine Clarence Dillon (Château Haut-Brion). The two-Michelin kitchen passed in late 2025 from Christophe Pelé to Andrea Capasso, who has held the rigour of the room intact, fireplaces, parquet, a wine list that draws on the Dillon estates as its spine. This is the Paris dining room that demonstrates what a wine-house-owned restaurant looks like at full conviction; the cellar alone is the reason for the booking.
Owned by Domaine Clarence Dillon (Château Haut-Brion), the cellar leans heavily on their estates. New chef Andrea Capasso (from September 2025) is being closely watched.
