FLOCK Nişantaşı

FLOCK lives behind a blacked-out specialty-coffee front on Hüsrev Gerede, doing all-day dining and an artisan bakery before the lights drop and the high-fidelity sound system takes over. The evening side runs cocktails over a curated vinyl program, the room is engineered for sound, not Instagram, with custom speakers, dim warm lighting and a long bar built into the open kitchen line. One of the more architecturally serious of the new Nişantaşı openings; the kind of place that signals where the neighborhood is moving.
