The order arrives written by the customer on a slip of paper, old-school, unchanged. Bo bun beef explodes with herbs, pickled carrots, peanuts and crisp soy bean; natin (ground pork and shrimp in coconut-satay) is silky; summer rolls are 20-cm long and properly wrapped; the hot tapioca-banana velouté closes. On Le Fooding's permanent radar (current 2024 selection); the November 2015 attacks made the address a civic anchor for the 10e. Open seven days, 350 days a year.
