Housed in a late-19th-century palazzo in central Amalfi, Sensi has held a Michelin star since 2022 under chef Alessandro Tormolino, who trained with Colagreco, Iaccarino and Locatelli. The format splits between a relaxed bistro lunch and a more serious tasting dinner, both leaning on Amalfi Coast produce. The rooftop terrace is among the prettiest seats in town.

Seasonal: reopens around April 1, closed Tuesdays. Lunch bistro is the lower-commitment way in; dinner is the destination experience.
