Notting Hill
Notting Hill's Michelin-starred neighbourhood brasserie, wood-fired grill, retained star 2026
The Holland Park-edge neighbourhood restaurant the W11 regulars send each other to
Oli Barker, formerly of natural-wine standard-bearer Terroirs in Covent Garden, opened Six Portland Road on a quiet residential street behind Holland Park tube in 2016. The room is twenty-five seats, the wine list reaches deep into Loire and Jura, and the cooking is the confident European-bistro register the Notting Hill audience has been chasing since the original Terroirs closed. Listed in the Michelin Guide and the long-running pick on Hardens for the W11 register that sits below Core and Ledbury but well above the Westbourne Grove drift.
Book a fortnight ahead. The wine list is the reason to come early and stay late; ask the front-of-house team to walk you through the by-the-glass options.
