Playa de Muro

Playa de Muro is one of the great beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia, a long, shallow run of white sand and dunes on the island's north coast, edged by the protected wetlands of S'Albufera. It is family territory in high season, low-rise and relaxed, the kind of place where the day organises itself around sun, water and a long lunch. Eating here is mostly about the shoreline — beach clubs and easy fusion kitchens where you stay from lunch into the evening with sand still on your feet.
