The retro-styled cafe in front of the roastery is small and quiet; you get filter, espresso, and a short food menu, plus beans by the bag to take home. They run barista training, sensory courses, and latte-art classes for the trade, which tells you what kind of operation this is. If you have one specialty-coffee morning to spend in Munich, spend it here.

Take home a 250g bag of whichever single-origin filter is on rotation, they grind to your brew method on request. Walking distance to Viktualienmarkt and Gärtnerplatz. Closed Sundays so plan accordingly.
