Set within the 11th-century Villa Cimbrone, this one-star room serves chef Lorenzo Montoro's Mediterranean cooking, much of it grown in the hotel's own botanical garden. With roughly 35 seats and a single nightly dinner service, it trades on intimacy and a setting that drew Greta Garbo and Wagner. The ingredient-led menus are quietly ambitious rather than showy.
