Alfonso Caputo cooks the day's catch from the bay in a one-Michelin-star dining room set right on the beach, the waves audible through dinner. The family also runs the simpler Casa Caputo room by the entrance for traditional plates. Cooking is precise, ingredient-led and rooted in the Sorrento peninsula's fishing tradition.
