Jean-Philippe Blondet runs the kitchen day to day; the cooking is the Riviera-meets-Paris register Ducasse codified at Le Louis XV, the rum baba carved tableside, the truffle-and-celeriac, the Anjou pigeon, and the dining room is the Patrick Jouin–designed Lumiere table at its centre, a curved fibre-optic enclosure for parties of two to six. The Park Lane address keeps it as the booking the audience uses for in-laws and milestone anniversaries, not the most modern in the city, but the most assured.
