| Last reviewed: May 2026 Iwan and Manuela Wirth's Artfarm group rebuilt the Mount Street corner pub in 2022 as a working public house with a serious art collection, a Phyllida Barlow ceiling sculpture, Lucian Freud and Rashid Johnson on the walls. Ground-floor bar pours proper draught, the Mount St. Restaurant upstairs runs a tighter European-British menu with private dining rooms for ten. The Sunday roast is the move; the audience already books here when family is in town.

Sunday roast in the upstairs Mount St. Restaurant is the booking, the chicken-for-two and the Durslade Farm lamb shoulder are the through-line. Ground-floor bar walk-in only, walk past the Phyllida Barlow on the way in.
