A member of the Authentique Bouchon Lyonnais association, Le Poêlon d'Or sits in an 1890 building whose Art Deco ceiling is a protected heritage piece. Chef Mickaël Lorini cooks the mères' repertoire straight: pike quenelle with crayfish sauce, tablier de sapeur, rum baba. A neighbourhood favourite in Ainay rather than a postcard stop.
