| Last reviewed: May 2026 MAY is the Vietnamese kitchen the Glockenbach crowd actually returns to, a small family-run room on Bergmannstraße with a tight menu of pho, fresh and crispy spring rolls, a properly-spiced bun bo, and Asian-fusion plates (the viet pad thai, crispy duck) that take Vietnamese tradition as a starting point rather than a hard rule. Portions are restrained rather than enormous, plating is careful, and the cocktail list runs deeper than the standard neighbourhood Vietnamese; there's a vegetarian programme that reads as designed rather than appended. The room is small and warm, the service is genuinely friendly, and it works equally for a quick weeknight pho or a celebration dinner.
