Light-filled by design, regional-fresh by policy, the kitchen runs all-day cake and a proper Bavarian-leaning lunch; Sunday breakfast 10–14:00 is the quiet move. The Eisernes Haus (the original iron house, 60 covers) and the Orangerie wing (170) handle the private-event traffic, leaving the day-room calm.
