The kitchen runs six steak cuts top-to-bottom, Argentinian Black Angus on the entry end at €29 for 250g, Aberdeen Black 300g at €74, plus a French-leaning brasserie menu of bouillabaisse, oysters, and tartare. The room is large and theatrical: velvet, brass, mirrors, the kind of staging Schwabing does well when it commits. Brunches on weekends are an event in their own right. Listed among the top-50 steakhouses in Germany.
