Cabbar opened in Nişantaşı in 2020 and arrived at Port Alaçatı in 2021, importing its ocakbaşı-club concept to the Aegean. The grill is the centrepiece, küşleme served hot in foaming butter, dry-aged cuts, classic mangal mezes, but the bar programme, run by mixologist Öztürk Koca, holds its own against any hotel rooftop in Istanbul. The room sits above the marina with sea views and a late, music-led second half. Best for groups who want to eat seriously then keep going past midnight.
Sit on the marina-facing terrace; ask for the küşleme and pair it with a Koca signature cocktail rather than the wine list, the bar is the stronger half of the kitchen here.
