Bar La Sang
Palma's go-to for natural wine and sharp Mediterranean plates.
Reviewed by Mes Prestiges Editorial Team Last reviewed June 2026
A small evening wine bar with a serious low-intervention list spanning earthy Mallorcan reds and crisp Catalan whites alongside international growers. The Mediterranean small plates are well above typical bar fare, and the room runs on knowledgeable, relaxed service. The reference address in Palma for natural-wine drinkers.
Editor's Tip
Evenings only, Tuesday to Saturday; it is small, so go early or book. Ask the staff to pour by the glass and follow their lead.
