Opened by Eddie Hart of London's Barrafina, El Camino brought serious counter-tapas culture to Palma. Most seating is at the long bar, where the kitchen turns out sharp modern Spanish small plates, from Balearic fish to fried courgette flowers with goat's cheese. Lively, expert and consistently one of the city's most enjoyable rooms.
